I notice more productive bowel movements when I use the bitters as a part of my morning routine. I’m not as disciplined to use before each meal but I feel that even as just apart of my morning routine it makes a positive difference.

Hello, I purchased your liver support tincture awhile back. My liver enzyme results in Jan 2025 were high! I retested again this month and.....tadada.... my ALT liver enzymes dropped from 59 to 35 and another part of the test results has dropped from 44 to 24 which is well below normal!!!! I'll get me info tomorrow at my dr appointment. I've not changed anything besides taking the liver support tincture. Whoohoo!!!
