While on my healing journey I suffered with several co-infections as a result of my chronic Lyme disease. At the height of my illness, my digestive system was not functioning properly, and I was instructed to take digestive enzymes to help me digest food.

Digestive enzymes served an important purpose during that time, they helped me break down food when my body was weak and struggling. However, as my healing progressed, I learned that long term digestive and general wellness depends on supporting the body’s own ability to produce digestive secretions.
